Ashwagandha

This was my fourth purchase of Ashwagandha and I am still loving it.The calmness it brings and 2 of the bottles purchased with this order was for a friend who recently lost her mum and was having some anxiety issues and insomnia.Her review of the product was marvelous it calmed her down that she can concentrate easily.Yes it wont take away her loss but at least she can manage some issues while grieving.
