Restless legs

Restless legs is an uncomfortable sensation of burning, aching or prickling in the muscles of the legs with an uncontrolled desire to constantly move the legs, mainly at night. Herbay Restless Legs helps to ease all these symptoms. Avoid all stimulants in the diet such as caffeine, alcohol and sugar. Take in conjunction with Herbay Calmag before bed to reduce muscle spasms and cramping.Check iron levels for anaemia.

NB. Herbay Circulation Capsules should also be taken if one suffers from cold hands and feet or varicose veins.

Contents: 50% Medicinal Ethanol, Ginkgo biloba, Hydrocotyl asiatica, Urtica dioca.

Adult Dosage: 20-30 drops in a little water drink morning and evening.

Child Dosage: 10-20 drops in a little water drink morning and eveni

Shake well before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30ºC. Not to be taken during pregnancy. No artificial preservatives or flavourings. No known contra-indications.
